Refund Policy

While it is not the practice of BC & Yukon District to return gifts once they are made, we do acknowledge instances in which a gift is made in error. Common examples include: making duplicate gifts within a short time period, and entering the wrong amount. For more information or to inquire about a refund, please contact us at info@bc.paoc.org.
Event payments are refundable with appropriate rationale or may be transferrable should said event be cancelled by BC & Yukon District. If you are unable to attend an event you have already paid for, BC & Yukon District may be able to refund or transfer your payment. Please contact info@bc.paoc.org to inquire.
