We are looking for a full-time Pastor to provide leadership and discipleship to our English congregation. BCPC is a church consisting of predominantly Chinese Canadians; however, we hope our church will one day reflect the demographic of Capitol Hill, the neighborhood in that we are located. The congregation of BCPC is multi-generational and currently the size of around 80 people. The Pastor has to understand the dynamics and culture of the different generations and be able to foster unity in the church.
